About the event

Join Carolina Mehaffy and Grace Borlee on Friday, February 13th, for a conversation about "Bridging Generations Through Discovery: The Power of CUREs."

Participants will learn about CURE (Course-based Undergraduate Research Experience) development using as example our shared experiences as Microbiology CURE instructors. We will also discuss how CURE courses can be a unique context for community-engaged learning for intergenerational relationships. Participants will generate a framework for a CURE course which can be paired with community-engaged learning project.
